The air conditioning broke on the third day and it took 18 hours to fix it. Finally, they changed our room. The buffet menu was not very varied and the common areas did not have air conditioning.

The treatment from the hotel towards us upon returning from a tour. They did not allow us to enter the hotel because the contracted company within the hotel did not have authorization to enter. The hotel did nothing to solve the issue or support the group in any way, despite having 4 children in the sun. It was an anti-customer treatment. That is not loyalty to the guest.
Excellent service from the assigned butler Mr. Baroni, always attentive to your needs, and great work from the entertainment team, the pool was always impeccable.

The food could vary a bit, the central air conditioning was sometimes not sufficient in the room during the day, and one day the cleaning staff took money ($70) from the wallet that had been left inside the backpack in the room.
