Strange to have the shower in the room and not separated

Shower had no water pressure, complained at reception but nothing changed despite their willingness. The location is not close to the cathedral as shown on booking, we were not offered to visit the rooftop pool area, breakfast was okay but not worth the 22 euros per person for me and my 3 daughters, an absurd amount of 88 Euros, no parking but they offer a partner parking for an additional 18 Euros per day. What bothered me the most was the shower that only dripped water and the pillow was musty despite the bed linen being clean and comfortable.

It's just a 7-minute walk to the train station, around 10–20 minutes to the historic center, and only a few minutes from EMT bus stops, including the direct route to the airport. Rooms & Comfort: The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The beds were super comfortable, and it was great to have actual, normal bathroom doors for proper privacy. The entire hotel feels fresh and very well cared for. Staff: Super friendly and helpful across the board. The team in the lobby and at the bars went above and beyond with exceptional service. Perks: The minibar in the room was generously restocked every single day, and being able to leave our luggage after checkout while waiting for our flight was a really nice and convenient touch. Food: We booked the half-board option. Breakfast was tasty with fresh, high-quality products (the selection was the same each day, but consistently good). Dinner was served on the rooftop with stunning views. The menu had a set format (starter + main or main + dessert) with a few options to choose from, but everything was prepared fresh, delicious, and nicely composed. Overall, we were genuinely satisfied with our stay, loved the atmosphere, and would definitely recommend it!

If we had to mention one tiny detail—maybe worth taking off a quarter of a star—it would be that no drinks (not even tap/table water) were included with dinner. Since the minibar in the room is so generously stocked, having a simple glass of water at dinner would make the dining experience just perfect.

Great Location - so nice to have a pool after a hot day of sightseeing. Staff were great at recommending local restaurants and were generally very helpful and happy.

The room didn't have any drawers, it did have a few shelves but for a family room it meant we couldn't really unpack, not a huge issue as we were only there for three nights but it was a bit of a juggle with suitcases.
