Despite communication, the next morning we had no possibility to extend our stay for a night. We received 2 double duvets instead of 1 single, which made us struggle with the duvets and feel too warm.

I was upgraded to a better room without asking, which was very nice of the staff. The hotel feels like a 5-star hotel and the price is very cheap compared to other countries. The location is a 7-minute walk from the central square. A tram stop is right outside the hotel. Overall, the stay was great.

Cleaning needs to improve. There was long hair in the sink, on the hand soap, in the shower, on the walls, in the towels, and on the bed sheets. Hair was all over. The toilet was dirty on the sides.
