Breakfast is super busy at all times and sometimes food ran out
The location of the hotel is very good, as the tram station is right next door, which takes you to the city center within 20 minutes

During breakfast, it was noticeable that there was a lack of staff and space. They were overwhelmed, and there was a queue of 20 people for breakfast at 9:15 am. I must say that the staff was very dedicated, even though they were few. I would give the hotel staff themselves ten stars, but I would definitely recommend the hotel chain or the hotel manager to hire more staff!

Breakfast "serve yourself" servers nearly empty during peak period. Some common food items difficult to find in not-too-obvious serving dispensers e.g., marmalade but staff very helpful.

Cleanliness could be better, the hotel is a bit run down. Breakfasts are poor, there is no buffet or hot plate, only a hot English breakfast.
