The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and tasteful, and there was a nice rooftop terrace. The washroom was amazing for a night of relaxing after a long day out.

The futons are only for use if the amount of guests exceed what the room type fits on beds. I.e. in a double bed room, as we were three adults, we were only allowed to use one futon - which was fine, but left some a little disappointed.
La ducha es inmejorable. Habitación enorme. A 7 minutos de la estación de tren. Merece la pena mucho.

A spacious room, with a kitchen, was clean and very functional for a family of 4. Good location (not right in the centre), but easy to get buses to different parts of Kyoto and right by Kyoto station. Was a great stay.
