It was very clean and in the city center. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was correct. The receptionist was correct.

The reception is only open from 11 am to 8 pm. In case of any problems, you have to call, and in Switzerland, there is no roaming, and calls are extremely expensive... that made me feel insecure. Fortunately, nothing happened.

The hotel had an elevator, but it doesn't reach the floor of the room where I stayed (how to go up and down with the suitcases?). The reception is not open 24 hours.
