The room was hot as the central aircon could not be set below a certain temperature. All of us were sweating at night and the staff raised their hands that they could not do anything. It was a shame.

You couldn't open any windows. The foyer was hot. Our room was so stuffy and you are in constant recycled air. Even being able to crack a window slightly would have been ok... We loved everything else about the hotel - but unfortunately this design floor is a deal breaker for us.

The bathroom door, that doubled as a shower door.

Loved the property, the buffet breakfast, the amazing and helpful staff - nothing was ever a problem for them. Had nice Antipodes toiletary, dyson dryers and straightners, the towels were soft, coffee machine.. we had booked a suite so had two TVs... loved the stay.

The only reason I am giving this a score of 9 and this is biased because of the beds - they were soft, the pillows were soft and I prefer med to firm beds. I couldn't sleep 2 nights however as I mentioned this was a personal preference.
