We really enjoyed our stay. The family room setup worked very well and provided plenty of space and comfort for us. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The spa was clean, well maintained and a great place to relax. We also appreciated the complimentary lemon water available in the lobby, which was a lovely touch.

There were a few areas where we felt the room could be improved. The lighting was quite limited, making the room feel a little dark, particularly in the evenings. The air conditioning unit was rather noisy, which was noticeable at night. We were also disappointed that there was no wardrobe for storing clothes, and the lack of a second bedside table made the room less practical for two people sharing.
