There was a cockroach in our room, the flush didn’t work properly and the breakfast seemed to be a makeshift set up in a conference room
We had an Incredible stay at the hotel. All the staff is extremely helpful, sweet and warm. The buffet spread at Inter Continental is great. Chef Sulil , Nitin & his team are exceptional. Housekeeping staff Chaitanya & Satish made sure we had an amazing and comfortable stay. And last but not the least Srijit, his attention to the smallest details and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has all the comfort and luxury, but what makes it truly special is the feeling of home.
