The location is top-notch, just a few steps to Paddington Station. Our room, Clubroom (15 sqm), was wonderfully furnished and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast: for us, it was absolutely sufficient, with a good variety offered. You can also order an omelette or fried eggs from the staff if you don't like standard scrambled eggs.

Nothing. If I really had to find something to criticize, it would be that you have to request a toilet brush and it's not automatically in the bathroom. Apparently, toothbrush cups are also not standard in England. But these are trivial matters that are insignificant.
