Entrance stairs to the lobby has a ramp for the luggage which is too steep, I am quite fit and I could not use the ramp for my 17Kg suitcase on wheels.

WiFi didn't work for teams or zoom or streaming. Rooms were quite dirty. Food splashed up the walls in the restaurant. Chairs were dirty
