It was in a great location, just steps from the beach. It had everything you would need. The restaurant was great. The rental car facility in the resort was convenient. The staff was great and the housekeeping service was excellent and on top of things.

It could be updated. Maybe some new carpet would really spruce the place up. There were a few spots in the shower that needed a bit of maintenance.
Great location in Waikiki. Easy to reach with the W-bus line from the airport. Breakfast was really top-notch for US hotels - very abundant. Car rental at the hotel with complimentary valet parking. The view from the 17th-floor room was fantastic.

It was in a perfect location, walking distance from anything on Waikiki. We were super close to the ocean. Not even a 2 min walk and we were at the beach. It was our honeymoon and the hotel staff did leave a box of chocolates for us. There was a free activity every day we were there. The pool area was exceptionally clean, which we did spend a lot of time at during our stay.

The shower was pretty dirty. The shower looked like it had mold growing inside it.
