Extremely basic. Do not expect any additional comfort. It seems more like a bed & breakfast (without breakfast hahaha)

The hotel is excellent, very well located (near Times Square and several subway lines, in a very safe area), with helpful and polite staff, both the cleaning staff and the receptionists (especially Eberton, Brazilian, which facilitated our communication, there is another employee who also speaks Portuguese, however, unfortunately, I do not remember the name), excellent quality bed linens and towels. The room is a good size and not carpeted (phew), there is water and ice available at the reception. There is no resort fee charged. Luggage storage is available for free. There are good restaurants, places to have coffee, and small markets near the hotel. The hotel is close to several famous points in NY, which can be accessed on foot. In short, the hotel was a pleasant surprise, I would stay again. Rating 10, recommended (Excellent cost-benefit)
