Room was smaller than we thought, air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Staff were friendly but couldn't help with any questions about going places because their English wasn't great.
The location is very good, being right in front of the elevator exit of the metro, very close to where the Sintra trains depart, and being able to walk to the riverside is very good. Having a kitchen in the room is very good.
