There are steps at the entrance, so if you have a large suitcase or mobility issues, it's not convenient. Room is not very bright. Breakfast only until 9:30, they could extend the hours. Many people in the breakfast room, very chaotic and always the same food. Staff not very friendly, they could smile a bit more, they always seemed annoyed. Personally, it's not a hotel I would recommend.
