The rooms are not super new, but they are very good.

The water in the bathroom wasn’t hot, shower was just above warm. The morning breakfast is from 6:30-9:30, before 8:30 the breakfast was gone with the exception of a few biscuits and flimsy waffles. I was fine because I love biscuits and gravy. But another couple asked the attendant how soon would eggs and bacon be ready. The attendant told the couple she was done nothing else was being prepared whatever is left is what she had. That was disappointing to hear, otherwise I really like staying there.

I like the whole vibe of the hotel, the rooms are good, the beds are super comfy. It has all I need plus a complimentary breakfast. Best of all the location, close to a target, walking distance from multiple restaurants, close to a grocery store, close to a Filipino restaurant, Asian market. All of it. It's my go-to place in Houston.
