The hotel is outdated, elevator is very old and unfortunately not clean at all! It truly needs an immediate overhaul and a deep cleaning. I was very disappointed. The least they can offer is cleanliness. Shower overflows you have to shower and turn off water midway when showering, nightstand and outlets full of dust. Ceiling patchwork terrible. I just wanted to leave.

Zero security in lobby area and outside. Bar patrons in the lobby and outside until 4 am. Guards were lazy, sitting around not policing non-guests.

We spent 3 nights here and were very pleased with our choice. The Good: Location: Convenient and felt like a safe neighborhood to walk around. Cleanliness: Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Value: Exactly what we needed for the minimal time we spent inside the room. No complaints whatsoever. If you're looking for high-end luxury, look elsewhere. But if you want a clean, safe, and budget-friendly place to lay your head for a few hours while exploring New York, this spot delivers.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the center. The staff was kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out.

The windows poorly insulated external noise, the bathroom door squeaked, and above all, a negative aspect was the absence of a small refrigerator. Overall, we are still satisfied with our stay.
