Modern hotel close to the historic center of Vilnius (10-15 mins pleasant walk along the river). The room I had was very spacious and well soundproofed (with a partial view of the historic center being on a high floor). The area is very quiet. Courteous staff.

Small breakfast room, both mornings I had to wait a few minutes before a table became available (probably the hotel was full anyway). Nothing significant though.

However, a bit further from the Old Town, probably more intended for business travelers.

Customer service from the staff was mixed. Some were excellent others less so. The biggest issue was the presence of a coach party. Only one, not multiple. I couldn’t eat in the hotel’s restaurant because it was full and I was advised there was no point ordering room service because the chef couldn’t make it until the coach party had finished. I ended up ordering via Wolt. I had similar problems at breakfast. The hotel could not cope with a single coach party and breakfast was very busy.
