The bed/ beds where not that comfortable
The hotel is perfectly located, a 5-minute walk from the "Trafford Bar" Tramway station, and is perfectly connected to the airport and the center of Manchester. The breakfast is perfect, consisting of pastries, bread, yogurts, fruits and juices, hot drinks, and also typically British items (English Breakfast, sausage bun, ...) prepared on request in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and very well equipped. The staff is very friendly. I totally recommend this establishment, in which I actually stayed an additional night due to the cancellation of my return flight.

Great location. Great value. Lovely, friendly staff who were very helpful. I was even able to get breakfast at 6.30am when they didn't usually start until 7am. And, most importantly, a comfortable bed!!!

Location, facilities and most especially the staff. They do remember me from previous visits and are always friendly, very helpful and make the whole work trip far more pleasant for me.
