The room and the hotel are very nice, the location is very strategic, it is very close to the station and at the same time a few blocks from the historic center, a quiet place. The breakfast is very good and the mountain views are excellent. The hotel decoration is really beautiful.

The minibar could have complimentary drinks, especially when coming from far away and tired upon arrival. The beds are a bit soft for my taste.
The location of the hotel is ideal. Not far from the main train station and to get to the old town. The 'Plus Card' for public transport is very practical from 3 days of the hotel stay! The various dining rooms are fantastic, as well as the beer garden!

Our room was clean, but a bit dated, junior suite. Towels minimal and the pillows very accustomed.

Price-performance ratio was not right. The rooms are a bit dated, but it was enough for one night. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey, the staff (restaurant & reception) could be a bit friendlier.
