The hotel seemed understaffed, and the front desk staff were not very welcoming. I was also disappointed to find that room service was not complimentary and came with an additional charge of 500 CZK

This hotel does not meet its rating. I had requested a quiet room in advance, but got a room next to a cobblestone street. The noise from outside was intense, and every morning at five, there was a garbage truck collecting bottles on the street, ensuring a noisy wake-up despite the noise-canceling efforts. The room cleaning was inadequate, and the cleaning of common areas did not meet the five-star standard. The previous guest's food leftovers were on the floor throughout my stay. I have stayed in several different five-star hotels, and this is not a five-star hotel or worth its price. The room had a musty smell (lingered on clothes) and the towels smelled strange too. A hand towel was provided on the first day, but then they were no longer provided, so I had to dry my hands with a floor towel. The room cleaning was subpar, and on the last morning, I found a carpet beetle larva (alive) on the floor. I would not return to the hotel
