Two small things, neither of which would stop me booking again. There was a stray hair left on the bathroom wall — a minor housekeeping miss, but the kind of detail that's easy to catch. The air conditioner was noisy and difficult to control. The remote registered maybe one press in five, so turning it off took real effort. There was also no fan speed adjustment — it runs at one setting or not at all. Everything else was excellent.
