The maintenance of this property is sub par bordering on dangerous. The second bathroom shower didn’t have its bottom seal so flooded the bathroom making it unusable. The light on the balcony was hanging down and would have been easy to hit with opening door to balcony - if we hadn’t been careful on opening we could have easily smashed the light bulb. I don’t understand why properties offer and Nespresso machine and no milk frother - this is not unique to this property and maybe fussy but it’s odd to me! We mentioned maintenance issues to staff who were pleasant, and said they’d get Manager to contact us a week later and we’ve not heard anything.

The staff were less than engaging, and having inappropriate conversations at the front desk or loud enough in the next office to hear from the admin. There was nothing ‘luxury’ about the facilities. Shower pressure and temperature is inconsistent, bathroom mouldy and beds very hard. There was no milk for coffee without asking and no bottled water offered.

Apartment was extremely tired. Bathrooms: Mould in showers, built up dust on exhausts & fans. Broken heater in bathroom. Kitchen: Oven & trays were grotty. Overall just grubby. Balcony: Broken slate pieces, broken light fittings just stacked in one place. Massive stains on the balcony floor. Living Area: Gas fire did not work properly. Pencils & bits around the skirting from previous guests.
