At check-in, the reception personnel informed us that we would see a wall from our 2 rooms, which is not mentioned in the room description on the Booking.com booking page. The personnel was very rude. We asked to check the room and after 30 minutes - we finally saw it - indeed - no direct sunlight. We asked for a refund of our booking and received a negative answer. Still, we booked and moved to another hotel. Never got our money back regardless of the fact that the property has misleading information on Booking.

I was honestly worried about the bad reviews, but I did not once feel it was justified. My room had a great view, and it was as clean as I expected!
