The staff's welcome was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. No air conditioning in the room. Black grout in the bathroom. Only 4 channels accessible on TV.

Apparently they want a 50 euro guarantee that is not mentioned in the booking terms. This is illegal as we did not agree to this when booking. My friend had no money for the guarantee because he did not know about it. My first room had a broken cupboard and also the toilet flush. I requested another room. My second room was a bit smelly as it must have been closed for a longer time and was not properly prepared.
