Noisy external pipes in the room throughout the night

The staff at reception were so friendly especially Seren who checked me in. Amazing customer service, warm genuine and authentic.

room was big, clean, sleek look - quiet too we also had loads of little treats to enjoy bathroom was very big and clean location is also very convenient

the view was not great but expected in such an industrial setup some of the appliances in the room didnt work eg: hairdryer and steamer tv remote was hard to use the choice of toiletries is questionable - who wants to shower with a parsley or kale flavoured product? surely i dont want to smell like a walking salad
