This hotel felt like a hidden gem! It had a great view and could see Lake Michigan from our room! The hotel staff was amazing and very nice, but some of the security staff in the main lobby weren't as friendly! The beds and pillows were super comfy!

The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The shower/bathtub was a little hard to get in and out of. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but decent considering it's the 40th floor of the building. Plenty of towels were provided, but a couple more washcloths would have been nice. But overall, I would stay here again!

It’s expensive. Was also confusing on how to get to the hotel when first checking in. You have to ask security to let you through the elevators and take 2 up to the floor. Once you know it’s fine but the first time is super confusing

The rooms themselves need upgraded. We ordered food using one of the options listed in the room but the food could not be brought up to us per security so we had to go down and get it which was a hassle. I understand safety but i felt like i went through a literal maze to get to the place. The signage could be way better. My friend and I were shocked at how we had to get to the lobby of the hotel. It was a fine hotel to stay for a night but we won’t be back.

The room was spacious and the view made this trip exceptionally memorable. It was also very quiet and the staff was efficient, helpful and respectful. I found the location convenient for our weekend plans. As advertised, the parking was easy to find and it felt very safe. Great water pressure. And only 21 rooms, perfect!

I wish that the hotel would upgrade the sheets to 100% cotton. These were a bit scratchy. Coffee machine didn't work well and the coffee never got hot. The facilities themselves are needing an upgrade, paint/ chipped wood, etc. Continental breakfast is included, but it was all highly processed/heavy carb food except for a few pieces of sad looking fruit. Also, the facilities fee should be waived for the weekend because of no access to a gym.
