Besides well-known tourist spots. And very close to Costanera Sky shopping malls. The breakfast is wonderful, well-served and diverse. The staff is attentive. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are also changed every day. Rooms with air conditioning and heater. I liked the fact that in the hotel lobby there is an area with a microwave, kettle, air fryer, grill to heat bread, and disposable cutlery and plates available to guests. Because the snow tours leave early and the hotel breakfast is not ready yet. The hotel is in the tour agencies' search area. It has an elevator. The bathroom has a bathtub, so if you have reduced mobility, contact the reception to get a room with a shower box. Wonderful experience, if I come back, I would stay again. Lack of cleanliness in the rooms, no outlets nearby to charge cell phones, due to medical issues (dermatologist) on the face, I had a very small bleeding that slightly stained the pillowcase, so they charged me for laundry, I don't think it's appropriate..
