Upon arrival, the two receptionists, I believe their names are Amalia and Álvaro, I'm not sure but She is a brunette with long hair and he is dark-haired with a beard, both young, were on the afternoon shift on September 6, 2026, fabulous, and the rest of the other shifts as well. Super professional, warm, good eye contact, offering all kinds of help and information with respect and closeness. Thank you very much and also to the cleaning team, especially to the kind and great professionals who cleaned my room and whom I had the pleasure of greeting. Thank you for the welcome detail from the management team!: with a beautiful handwritten note, a bottle of water, and some chocolates, perfect!!! And thank you for booking a taxi back to the airport and keeping my luggage for an hour from 12 to 1 pm behind the reception on the day of my departure, September 10.

As soon as we arrived, despite having booked for the standard room, they kindly gave us the suite for free, and it was impeccable.
