There was no breakfast to rate, which was fine as I did not expect that. I loved the loft, except for the long walk up the stairs. The room was lovely and comfortable.

The room was very nosy (mechanical droning and humming all night it was very loud and the fan was really nosy too so we turned it off then got too hot.
