Spacious large clean apartment perfect when you are travling as a large group and are ready to share sleeping rooms and would like to save on outside dining.. Outstanding wiew to the sea, everything you need is available in the apart including filters for coffee machine, trnsport stops minutes away and in a quarter hour brings you to city center, place is pet friendly - I really loved to stay there

Read many people complaining about the noise from embankment, well whole Nice is like this, except maybe its very eastern part - if you want a sea view, you accept cars 24/7 under your balcony. What could be improved from my standpoint is air ventilation, in both bathroom and bedroom - as it was a bit stuck and we were forced to often leave doors open to ensure air circulation
