We booked through a 3rd party web site for 2 nights. We had to leave after 1 night stay and was told to receive a refund for the unused stay we had to go to the 3rd party and request for it. After a few days of no action I spoke in person to the 3rd party web and was told that we were not checked out until the afternoon of the second day. Not only did we return the keys at the front desk we also told them we had to leave and was not in the room anymore. Someone on that end didn't want to mark it to clean so now I have to pay for a day that I was not even the the same state. This has put a sour taste in my stomah about this hotel chain but this city also.
