The hotel is in a quiet area surrounded mostly by luxury private houses, still it's very close to the city center (10-15 mins walk). The single room was spacious with a small balcony with a wonderful view. The room was clean and well equipped, including a big comfy bed and A/C, that you'll be grateful for during hot summer days and nights.

There is no elevator in the hotel (at least not on the side where I was staying), so you need to carry all of your stuff on the stairs to the 1st or 2nd floor, wherever your room is.
