The room lighting was inconvenient - difficult to adjust to our liking, and small lights that were visible all night and very disturbing. A kettle was provided, but we had to request cups - when they arrived, they were paper cups!! Awful. We couldn't figure out the TV satisfactorily. Everything just seemed like too much hassle, so we gave up. The 'opaque' glass walls/doors for the shower and toilet. If we had known this would be the setup, we wouldn't have booked. We are close friends, but this was beyond our comfort level.
