The staff. They were incredible. Breakfasts were excellent. Rooms, although small, were spotlessly clean. Reception staff were so helpful with our FRRO documents. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the FRRO Office. Restaurants in walking distance.

A beautiful hotel with a charming London-style atmosphere, right in the heart of Mumbai. Everything is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The staff truly made our stay special – professional, attentive, incredibly polite and always willing to help. The level of service is outstanding. The food was excellent as well. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely come back.
