The breakfast was good but quite simple, especially considering the price.
This hotel was a surprise for us: new, tastefully furnished, clean and well-maintained rooms. The window and its terrace were spectacular! If we were to return to this area, we would certainly book a room in this property again. The breakfast was also excellent!

We had some language difficulties as neither at the reception nor in the breakfast area did anyone speak English, only Spanish

Beautiful uniquely decorated room, good location with regard to restaurants. The beach club that came with it was really top-notch. With a reservation, you don't have to pay an entrance fee for the park.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop and the pool, however, are not very well maintained. The breakfast is okay but the restaurant is closed. The hotel is a few blocks from the center of Tulum, which is rather sad.

It starts from 7.30am. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always attentive to what is required. The pool is very nice, ideal temperature. The location is very good, many restaurants and shops.
