Everything was perfect. Truly. The staff is incredibly kind. Director Mr. Saad is present from morning till night to oversee every detail of the hotel. He is a true professional with a heart of gold. Congratulations, you are all exceptional.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. The hotel is beautiful, and considering the price, it is definitely worth it and offers great value for money. ❤️

That the hotel is considered a 5-star hotel. But the hotel is only worth 2 stars. The room was not clean. Many things were broken. Paid too much money for it. We booked via booking.com and were given a certain amount, but upon arrival at the hotel, we paid 60 euros more. Breakfast was very poor. This was the first and the last time we will go here. We are used to something different in Morocco in a 5-star hotel. This was definitely not worth 5 stars.
