1 elevator was out so had to bring luggage down and up 1 flight on the 'Escher Staircase'. Paint in rooms is a little downer. Air Conditioning could be stronger.

I was very disappointed with the stay. From the photos, the hotel seemed well-maintained and upscale, and considering the price paid, I had much higher expectations. However, upon arrival, reality turned out to be very different. The maintenance of the room was insufficient: walls, floors, sink, toilet, and several other elements of the room were damaged and conveyed a general sense of neglect. The windows also appeared visibly deteriorated. The shutters, moreover, did not close properly, allowing light to enter at night and making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the broken window on the lower floor continued to bang all night, causing a very annoying noise and further compromising rest. Particularly disappointing was the bathtub placed in the center of the room, one of the elements that had struck us most in the photos. Unfortunately, it was completely unusable: the water that came out was only cold, too cold to take a bath. It is unacceptable to propose a bathtub as a characteristic element of the room without ensuring its correct functioning and the availability of hot water. Overall, considering the price paid and the expectations created by the images, I expected a significantly higher level. The value for money is not adequate, and based on this experience, I would not return.
