Am besten hat uns das Restaurant gefallen. Das Personal dort war einfach spitze und hat uns die Abende noch schöner gemacht! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Flavio – einfach klasse! 😊 Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine riesige Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich super. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

One by one: - Location on a hill, you need to climb up the hill to get to the hotel for a few minutes. When arrived, we asked for a luggage courtesy at the hotel downstairs, which is promoted as free, to help to get up, but receptionist said not possible. - Daily cleaning yes, no fresh towels during a week - Staff: a receptionist that met us needs to be fired or conduct a training + stop making inappropriate jokes. - And most important why we rate is as 1: we booked a room with a pool view as on booking, asked specifically for the highest floor possible and they gave a room … at the ground floor, which didn’t meet our booking requirements. We asked for a different one and they offered the only available room in the entire hotel of, I believe, 200 rooms - right in front of a pool with a bar where people stare you walking inside unless you close curtains. And every single night, listening to shows with music playing until 11 PM.
