There was no Japanese breakfast in the morning, we specifically booked the hotel for that reason, I had to discuss with the staff and eventually got something but it's really annoying. We also booked the Club Lounge and thought we would get snacks there, but the snacks were really meager, so I really expected more from it, in my opinion, it's not worth the money. Also, communication in the hotel was very difficult, even though I speak English, I was hardly understood, in a hotel of this price range where a room costs around €2000, English proficiency should be a given.

As mentioned in my other review, since we booked two rooms, the Japanese breakfast should be expanded and the offerings in the Club Lounge are very sparse, so for the price of this room, I expected much more
The location of the hotel right by the Tokyo Tower and near several metro lines is great. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast on the 33rd floor overlooking Tokyo was the highlight every morning.

The breakfast buffet could be more varied for longer stays - it was almost the same every day.

The cost-effectiveness is somewhat low, the rooms at 2-3k prices are not very large, and the drinks in the fridge are charged extra
