The location, and the attention of the staff. Although the hotel has its good years and it shows, the attention of the staff made everything much more comfortable. Nino, Giuseppe, and Andrea, they attended and welcomed us in the best way. When I return to Florence, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The location is fantastic, close to the Duomo!! Thank you very much Constanza and the girls from the front desk, you are great!! This is the second time at the Ergo Firenze!! The breakfast was abundant and everything was excellent!!

The cleaning staff was very loud! The window just wouldn't close 😳 you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms and the corridor.

It had a bathtub and for comfort, I prefer a shower tray.
