Guest sentiment
- Cleanliness6.0
Multiple guest reports of poor housekeeping and cleanliness: dirty towels left in room, black residue on toilet seat wipes, roach sighting, clogged drains and tub left dirty, and initial rooms not cleaned properly.
- Service8.0
Mixed service: some guests praised front-desk/arrival service and security presence, but others reported slow housekeeping responses, maintenance delays, and no apology or assistance during an elevator outage at checkout.
- Location9.0
Convenient location: about 20 minutes from the Strip, free shuttle service (to Walmart noted), large casino and dining options across the street—good for activities and access.
- Room Quality8.8
Rooms often described as spacious with full kitchens and large soaking tubs; generally excellent room features, though some units experienced missing linens or incomplete setup on arrival.
- Amenities9.5
Very strong amenities: multiple pools across buildings, gyms, movie theater, bowling, putting area, on-site dining/coffee, gas grills by pools and ample activities—highly praised though pools can get crowded.
- Value for Money9.0
Frequently called a very reasonable price for what is offered; refundable security deposit and abundant amenities contribute to strong perceived value.
- Food and Beverage8.5
Limited mentions but positive references to on-site coffee/pizza (Scottie Beans) and nearby restaurants in the adjacent casino; no major negative food complaints.
- Overall Experience9.2
Overall positive experience for families and long stays due to large rooms and extensive amenities, tempered by recurring cleanliness issues and occasional service lapses.
