Stefano’s hospitality was excellent. He was very attentive, polite, and welcoming. The hotel was also very well located and spotlessly clean.

The hotel does not have an elevator, and we were staying on the top floor, which made going up and down the stairs a bit inconvenient.
The location was excellent, very close to the main train station and within easy reach of many tourist attractions. The staff were nice and friendly. However, the room was rather small for three adults, and the bathroom and toilet were also very small, which made things a bit cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially because of the convenient location.
