Even knowing many stairs. Deformed mattress, horrible with a hole in the middle, small bathroom without ventilation.

Location, staff, courtesy. A stone's throw from the station and a short walk from the Duomo. Good solution for a stay without breaking the bank, excellent value for money. Although breakfast is not provided, free snacks and drinks are provided every morning in a dedicated self-service area. On the day of departure, they gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in storage until late afternoon and to use the facilities at the time of collection.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, the building is quite old and therefore has limitations in this regard. However, the staff carried our luggage to the room, a very appreciated gesture since we were on the fifth floor.

The location is the strong point of this accommodation. It is a hotel with a good cost-benefit ratio. They serve a complimentary coffee with a small bread and cookie (very simple) but it works well. I found the cleaning impressively good, the bed comfortable, and the staff very helpful and friendly. I really liked it!

The bathroom is the weak point, there is no glass box in the shower, they still use plastic curtains which I consider unhygienic. We had a clogging problem, the shower water flooded the entire bathroom, almost reaching the room, it turned into a pool. We complained to the reception staff, they were helpful and promptly resolved it. And then everything worked fine.

AirCon TURNED OFF in the middle of the night. Even the remote control for AirCon is LOCKED.
