The beds were very comfortable and clean, I liked that there is a hairdryer in the room and they have a variety of food in the restaurant

They ask us for a million data at reception when checking in and we noticed that we left our jackets hanging in the closet of the room where we stayed and to this date not even a call to say that we left them there, it's really not about retrieving the jackets, it's about the hotel's lack of attention considering it could have been something of greater value (a laptop, a mobile phone) and they don't bother to call or return it.
The resort is very large, has a good variety of à la carte restaurants that need to be booked, otherwise you eat at the buffet, which is also good. The staff is very friendly and the service is quite good.

Upon my arrival, I was assigned a horrible room, dirty, smelly, with stale coffee with mold. I asked to change rooms and they complied. The next day they made the change and it was really nice!
Friendly staff, large, very well-kept resort. Snacks and drinks available on the beach. Very dedicated and friendly kids' club with many great activities, located right by the sea. We will gladly come back!

The food had no variety and was bad, in the Mexican restaurant I ordered a burrito with baked potato and it was a disaster, the burrito seems to have been in the freezer and then fried, just like the potato that was supposed to be baked, but it was fried too, and in the Asian restaurant the Chinese rice was another mess, they overcooked it and it turned out very mushy. I think they should send those cooks to a cooking school
