The refrigerator worked, the air conditioner could not be controlled, there were people sleeping by the front door in the morning.

The location is excellent but there are dubious individuals in the areas of the adjacent park. I had no problems but I think they were drugged.

Lots of junkies around the hotel and on the nearby streets. It did not feel very safe, especially during evenings.

Nothing.
This is not a hotel, it’s a homeless shelter. I’m not sure why Booking is allowing this place to be rented. There were multiple drug users outside, and a guy literally shot up and nodded off in front of me. I didn’t even make it inside.
