The front desk service is enthusiastic and attentive. It was discovered that the reservation was for three people staying, mistakenly booked a standard room, and proactively updated to a room suitable for three people. Very grateful! When preparing for bed at night, it was found that the blanket was not enough, so I asked the front desk for assistance. They promptly delivered the blanket, once again, thank you!

The wifi does not work if you have a VPN enabled. The staff does not speak English, but it's not a big deal since apps such as DeepL and GoogleTranslate exist.

The entrance is shared with other buildings and seems a bit gloomy at first. Later, you realize that it is the way in which many buildings are shared there in Shanghai.
