Property had a lot wrong, fans didn’t work, aircon wasn’t cold, toilets leak, cupboards broken, lights blown, told staff and they didn’t care nor fix any of the issues, considering the amount paid.

Location ok and room was budget
The staff weren't the most helpful. I had requested early check in and told they were too busy to accommodate when I arrived. So I was made to wait when it seemed they checked everyone else in and left me to wait. They didn't notify me when the room was ready. Then I had to carry my own heavy luggage up a set of stairs to access my room. There was no one to help and no one seemed apologetic or cared.
