The staff was very friendly and the structure was charming and full of character. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a suite upgrade, which was communicated to us as soon as we arrived.

The property has a lot of potential. Modernizing a few details could make a significant difference to the experience. Adding some smart TVs, offering a little more variety in the minibar, and updating the rooms in general would be terrific. Personally, I found it a little unusual that the suite didn't have a balcony or more traditionally sized windows, as the windows were quite small and positioned high up on the wall. The only real downside was the difficulty of finding parking nearby, which can be inconvenient if you are traveling by car.

Room was too small and not really clean. The double bed was not a double bed, but two pushed together single beds. The breakfast buffet needs more and better fruits. The staff seems very unmotivated. Male staff at the reception did not always know what to do.
