The location and the treatment of the staff were excellent. You can have a coffee from a real coffee machine for breakfast.

Practically nothing

The hotel we stayed at was the best choice we could make. A 6-minute walk from the train station or one metro stop on the same street as the hotel, very close. Convenient for airport transfers and other cities, such as Florence 1.5 hours by express train. The main attractions are easily accessible with a 15 to 20-minute walk or very easily by metro. The location is very good with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and all the necessities. They put us in a room with a balcony and a nice view of the Santa Maria Maggiore church. The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities, daily cleaning, and change of towels and sheets. The breakfast was satisfactory with all the essentials. They kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The daily offer of water in a bottle when we returned was highly appreciated. What really impressed us was the staff, who with kindness and a smile were there for us 24/7 for anything we needed. I highly recommend it for a stay in Rome. Thank you again for everything!
