Our experience was very positive. The staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast was quite good, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, also the A/C worked perfectly and it was nice to come back to the room at 24º after being out in the city at 35º. If I go back to Rome, I will stay at the same hotel.

All great, to mention a negative aspect is the area where it is located but nothing we didn't know before making the reservation.

Pros: Great location, accessible to public transport, comfortable bed, air-conditioned! Breakfast good! Cons: The electricity is defective…it short circuits! 'Cannot plug in coffee/tea pot without it going off!! No refrigerator in the room! No extra amenities noted other than the bed. Bathroom extras are in small packets which is very minimal.

Had to change rooms because it smelled of mold. The new room was somewhat better but still so bad that all clothes smelled of mold. Large moisture stains on the ceiling and walls. We travel a lot and this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. But the location was good.

The location was perfect, only the room was a bit small for a couple but it's okay. The breakfast was also acceptable. Otherwise, the hotel was really in the center of Rome, an attractive area.
